Friends, I have used the Data Validation Function, VLOOKUP Function in a very great way in this sheet. No calculation has been done in it, No copy paste has been done.

In this format, the data validation function is used to make your workers list to showing in drop down menu.The VLOOKUP function has been used to lift your Employee's data.


All of you make Salary Sheets of their Employees, but for those who do not have Payroll Software, the biggest problem for them is that after making the salary, how to print the salary slip of all the Employees without any Mistake.


First copy the data of the Employee such as Gross Salary Overtime various deduction ( ESIC PF TDS Any Advance to Employee's) Bank Account Number etc and put them to salary slip format after that second, third …………… that process is take so much timing of an operator.


But how do you just select the name of the Employee and all its data should be present only on one click of the mouse on your choice.
